Medicare Savings Program
The Medicare Savings Program is a program funded by the state of Washington to help cover the costs of Medicare. If you qualify, your Medicare Part B premium (currently at $135.50 - 2019) will be reimbursed. Depending on your qualification level, you may be eligible for your Medicare co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance to be covered as well. You can apply for the program at www.washingtonconnection.org. You do not need to setup a Secure Access Washington account to apply.
Details about the Medicare Savings Program
The Medicare Savings Program is designed to help those that are on Medicare and currently struggling to pay their Part B premium payments (usually deducted directly from your social security check).
We are not responsible for helping you qualify for this program, but can help support you if you are approved for this financial help.
The income and resource amounts are always changing to financially qualify, so it's best to contact DSHS (Department of Social and Health Services) for specifics on the program requirement.
